  • Suggested donation is $10 per person to cover class costs, and additional donations to GPNA are most welcome!

Join us for Yoga in the Park.   Gather with neighbors to enjoy a morning of outdoor yoga led by Metta Yoga instructor Hy Long Michael.    

No prior yoga experience is needed.  Please bring a mat if you have one, along with a water bottle.

Suggested contribution: $10 to support class costs.  Additional donations to GPNA are always welcome!   Please pay by Venmo, check, or cash at the class.
